1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll get another notification once your order has shipped.

During busy periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship all orders using Royal Mail.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as postal strikes, severe weather, or customs delays.



3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • UK & Ireland

  • United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand

If your country is outside of these locations, please contact us at denzzydogdesigns@gmail.com — we may be able to arrange a custom shipment.


4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard UK shipping on orders over £50 (after discounts, before tax).
This will be applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (if applicable).
You can track your parcel directly on the Royal Mail Tracking website.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Denzzy is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and customs fees).

  • Customers outside UK may pay import VAT

  • Charges vary by country

  • Buyer responsible for customs fees

  • Refused parcels may incur return shipping costs


7. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact Royal Mail first with your tracking number.

  • If unresolved, email us at denzzydogdesigns@gmail.com with your order number — we’ll help however we can.

Please note: Denzzy is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by Royal Mail.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order ships to that address, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
