Biothane® Care
Our Biothane® collars are waterproof, durable, and easy-to-clean, they can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse and towel/ air dry. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat.
Paracord Rope Care
Our Paracord Rope collars are strong, flexible and comfortable, they can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse and towel/ air dry. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat. Not recommended for constant water exposure.
Hardware Care
Your collar may feature brass, stainless steel, aluminium, or zinc die-cast and steel hardware. These details can be found on the product details on our website www.denzzy.com
Brass, stainless steel and aluminium hardware is recommended for dogs that are frequently in water. All hardware must be dried thoroughly after contact with water. All hardware must be rinsed and dried thoroughly after contact with saltwater.
The steel and zinc die-cast hardware is very durable, however, it is not fully corrosion and chip resistant.
General Safety & Usage Advice
Always check the collar regularly for signs of wear, damage, or loosening.
Ensure a proper fit — you should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the collar and your dog’s neck. Remove the collar when your dog is unsupervised. Replace the collar if hardware or materials show excessive wear.
