RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK & EU CUSTOMERS)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at denzzydogdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom sized collars

  • Personalised or made-to-order items

  • Items that show signs of wear

  • Items returned without original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn by a dog unless they are faulty.

CONDITION OF RETURNS

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be clean and free from hair, dirt, or odour

  • Be in resaleable condition

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in an unsuitable condition.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Email us at denzzydogdesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Wait for return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

EXCHANGES

If you require a different size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the returned item being unused and in original condition.

IMPORT DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Any return shipping costs

  • Any customs or import charges

We are not responsible for customs delays or fees incurred during return.
